TG4 is delighted to announce that the station will be broadcasting from this year\u2019s sold-out Electric Picnic Music & Arts festival in Stradbally Co. Laois.<\/center><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Presented by S\u00edomha N\u00ed Ruairc and John Sharpson BEO \u00d3N ELECTRIC PICNIC<\/strong> will feature live music performances from artists performing on the Collchoill (Hazelwood) and Puball Gaeilge stages. Highlights will include Bl\u00e1ith\u00edn Mhic Cana & Piaras \u00d3 Lorc\u00e1in, IML\u00c9, John Spillane, Eve Belle, Clada, Amano, Caolan Ryan, Dysania and many more. The show will also feature interviews and intimate acoustic sessions with some of the biggest names playing at this year\u2019s festival – stay tuned for some big surprises!

\nThe Irish Language has a huge place at Electric Picnic and Beo \u00f3n Electric Picnic will celebrate this. Along with acts performing in Irish on the Collchoill (Hazelwood) and Puball Gaeilge stages there will be podcasts, yoga sessions, a c\u00e9il\u00ed m\u00f3r, comedy and the Gaeltacht Camping site. S\u00edomha and John will speak to the team bringing all of this to life from festival organisers to artists to festival goers.

\nThe special hour-and-a-half broadcast will be a celebration of all that\u2019s great about Ireland\u2019s biggest music festival. So if you haven\u2019t got your ticket, fear not tune into TG4 to soak up the atmosphere. On TG4 Sunday, August 31st at 9.30pm.
