The final was watched by an average of <strong>207,500<\/strong> people, commanding a <strong>25% share<\/strong> of viewing.\u00a0 <strong>426,000<\/strong> people in all tuned into the TG4 coverage of the match.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>2018 Allianz Football League<\/strong> concluded over the Easter weekend when the four divisional finals were played, including the top tier clash between Dublin and Galway at Croke Park on Easter Sunday. That match was watched by an average of <strong>278,600<\/strong> Individuals, taking a <strong>30.1% share<\/strong> of people viewing TV at the time. The game reached <strong>549,000 <\/strong>people in total.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TG4<\/strong> also provided exclusive <strong><em>online<\/em><\/strong> coverage of a number of games during the Allianz League season. On Easter Sunday the Kilkenny v Wexford Hurling League <strong>Division 1 semi-final<\/strong> was transmitted live on <strong>TG4\u2019s YouTube<\/strong> channel, attracting over <strong>77,000 views<\/strong>, the most of any broadcast since the channel first started showing live sports events on the platform last year.<\/p>\n<p>The games generated substantial traffic on <strong>TG4<\/strong>\u2019s online platforms as well, reaching over <strong>195,000<\/strong> fans on Facebook and there were over <strong>1.5m impressions<\/strong> through Twitter, which shows audience consumption patterns are changing and people are interacting much more actively through social media now for sports content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data sources: Nielsen\/TAM Ireland.
