I bhFómhar na bliana 2018, chuir TG4 tús leis an mbranda nua Neamhlíneach, MOLSCÉAL, atá dírithe ar phobal na Gaeilge agus Gaeltachta.

Tá rath ar MOLSCÉAL ó shin agus bíonn nach mór dhá mhilliún amharc físe ar fhíseáin MOLSCÉAL in aghaidh na bliana ar na meáin shóisialta.

Cuireann TG4 fáilte roimh comhlachtaí léirithe a bheadh in ann cúram léiriúcháin a dhéanamh do scéalta físe a chruthú ar bhonn rialta a bheadh mar chranntaca do Molscéal sna ceantair Ghaeltachta Conamara, An Rinn, Maigh Eo, Dún na nGall, Tuaisceart Éireann, Ráth Chairn agus Baile Átha Cliath.

Cuireann TG4 fáilte roimh comhlachtaí léirithe a mbeadh suim acu ábhar rialta a chruthú do Cúla4.

Chuirfeaí fáilte roimh Léiritheoirí a mbeadh ar a gcumas scéalta físe áitiúla ó dhaoine óga ins na Gaeltachtaí agus ins na pobail Gaeilge a sholáthar ar bhonn séasúrtha a bheadh le craoladh le linn Cúla4. Bheadh na míreanna Láithreachais seo le feiceáil idir chláracha ar teilifís agus freisin ar árdáin neamhlíneacha Cúla4.

Is comhlachtaí atá á lorg a bhfuil eolas acu ar phobail óige na Gaeltachta agus na Gaeilge, agus a bhfuil Foireann faoina gcúram atá in ann pacáistí a chruthú ar mhúnla físiúil.

Bheadh súil le soláthar ar bhonn seasúrtha a thugann scáthán ar ghasúir óga le Gaeilge agus sa Ghaeltachta. Bheadh ábhar ag léiriú daoine óga le Gaeilge ó gach cearn den tír, ach ag díriú go mórmhór ar cheantair Gaeltachta agus clúdach leathan a thabhairt do na canúintí éagsúla.

BLOC 2021: TG4 Short Form Content

BLOC TG4 wants to commission a slate of fresh, innovative and entertaining short-form content to appeal to an audience in the 16-34 age bracket, with a particular focus on the under 25’s. This high quality, digital-first content will be created primarily for BLOC TG4’s online platforms (TG4 Player, YouTube, IGTV etc.) as well as receiving a subsequent linear broadcast where suitable.

We are particularly interested in new writing, directing and on-screen talent that can provide a fresh per-spective, originating contemporary content that reflects the interests and life experiences of this diverse Irish generation. Ideas pitched should be bold, creative and original in their style, content and treatment to entertain, enthuse, challenge, engage and provoke Gen Z audiences. All content pitched should work natu-rally in the Irish language, appealing primarily to those who speak Irish regularly but with the ability to at-tract a wider national audience with its tone, humour and relevance.

Gradam Ceoil TG4 – Production over 4 years

TG4 invites proposals from production companies for the staging, production and live broadcast of Gradam Ceoil TG4 for the years 2022,2023,2024,2025.

Gradam Ceoil TG4 is the station’s primary arts event, the highlight of the channel’s annual music and arts output. It is now acknowledged as one of the most important occasions in the traditional music calendar. As an entertainment show, Gradam Ceoil TG4 appeals to a wide national audience outside of the core traditional music community.

2022 will mark the twenty fifth year of the Gradaim, the Oscars of Traditional Music which gives due recognition and celebrates the creativity, and excellence, the communities and all that embellishes Ireland’s most vibrant live art.

To date, Gradam Ceoil TG4 has taken the form of a Gala concert and awards ceremony, broadcast live from a prestigious venue capable of holding a large audience with additional digital short form material. Gradam will grown in the four years of this tender to become a multimedia event to appeal to all age profiles and to the widest possible audience outside of traditional music lovers.
Performance will remain at the centre of the production and emphasis should be placed on entertainment, innovation, and inclusivity.

Submissions should be uploaded to the TG4 E Comm portal https://ecomm.tg4.ie by selecting round type ‘Gradam Ceoil TG4 2022’ by Friday, 29th October 2021.
